We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time. We may expand globally in the future.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days
Remote or special location deliveries may take slightly longer.
During festive seasons or high-volume periods, delivery timelines may be extended.
We appreciate your patience during such times.
4. Shipping Charges
Orders below ₹999 – ₹79 shipping fee
Orders ₹999 and above – Free Shipping
All product prices are inclusive of 18% GST, applicable to leather goods in India.
No hidden charges.
5. Courier Partner
We ship through trusted logistics partners via Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS to your registered mobile number.
7. Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to:

Reshipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Items

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
